Creating An Account

Q: How do I set up an account?

A: You can register for an account straight away by signing up here

Q: What do I need to set up an account?

A: All you need a business email account, we do not accept personal email accounts such as Hotmail. If you cannot get access to a business account but are a legitimate employer email us at support@findukjobs.co.uk , explain your case and we will look at setting you up an account.

Posting Jobs

Q: How much does it cost to post?

A: FREE. Posting all your jobs is free, and there are no hidden charges.

Q: How long will my advert be shown for?

A: Your advert will be shown for 60 days, unless you specify a shorter period. You can also re-post your advert for free after it expires.

Q: How will I receive my applications?

A: You are given 3 options. The most common method is to receive applicaitons to your email account, which will also store your applications to your Find UK Jobs employer account. Alternatively, you can tell us the url address of your online application system and direct job seekers to it. Should you want to receive applications by post or fax then you must specify so in the job description

Managing Jobs

Q: Can I edit my job posts whilst they are active?

A: Yes. You can edit your job adverts at any time in the Manage Jobs section. You must be logged in to do this.

Q: Can I cancel my job adverts once I have found a suitable candidate?

A: Yes. Simply go to the Manage Jobs section and click on 'Delete'

Applications

Q: Where can I find applications to my jobs?

A: If you've asked to have applications sent to you by email then you can also find all applications to your jobs in the Applications section of your Find UK Jobs employer account. This allows you to easily keep track of all of your applications.

Q: How do I contact candidates?

A: Applicants who apply for your jobs through us will provide you with the email address that you can contact them with.

CV Search

Q: How do I get access to the CV Search?

A: To get access to the CV Search you must become a featured employer, which is also free.

Q: How do I contact candidates on the CV Search?

A: You will be able to contact candidates through Find UK Jobs. If they are interested they will reply to you. Be sure to only contact them with genuine requests, otherwise your access to the CV Search will be suspended.
